The team to travel to Palmerston North this weekend to challenge for the Hawke Cup was announced tonight at the teams practice by selector Peter Cartwright. The party will consist of 12 players and 2 managers.

The players named at the practice were: Chris Smith, Paul Odell, Sean Eathorne, Ben Cant, Glynn Cameron, David Simpson, Scott Simpson, Darren Broom/ Sean Conlan, Duncan Drew, David Sewell, Jordan Horrell, Glen Paterson.

If Darren Broom is selected to play for the Otago First Class team to play Canterbury at Queenstown, Sean Conlan will replace him in the squad.
