North Otago v. Otago
David Sewell bowling during Southlands innings
Monday, 5 December 1932

The match between North Otago and an Otago team ended in a win by 50 runs for the local team. Davey, F.E. Smith, Maddigan and McCallum all made useful contributions to North Otago's total, which had threatened to be meagre owing to the failure of the earlier batsmen, and the score reached 207. Otago opened badly, and continued badly, except for the period while Galland, Leader and Silver made their runs quickly and well. The other members of the side shaped poorly.
