We offer a variety of opportunities for young people to engage in cricket, from traditional match formats, to the newly developed Smash Play where opportunities to develop skills and have fun with friends is of high priority.

Jaden Dowling is Otago Cricket's full time development officer based right here in Oamaru. Jaden can offer cricket skills & teacher PD all year round to help your school get ready for Festival Days or showcase what cricket has to offer your students.

tamariki 5-12 years

Rangatahi 13-18 years

Festival Days

During Terms 3, 4 and 1 we run Festival days where similar age groups come together for a tournament implementing the principles of Smash Play. This isn't just for the kids. Perfect for workplace team bonding or end of year breakups.
